I’ve also been a guest on Times Radio and BBC Radio Surrey as a family travel expert, and starred on ITV1’s How To Spend It Well. I’m available for any TV or radio appearances as a travel expert.

Food is in my blood. I grew up watching my parents cooking for other people in their Chinese takeaway and it fascinated me to see how they prepared the dishes. As I got older, as well as helping out in the kitchen, I learned more traditional British recipes – apple crumble, cakes, roast dinners – which my mum cooked at home, eventually making meals for the whole family.
